Built for people who work on a laptop

Fitness first, fighting optional. Here's why remote workers keep coming back.

Burn calories without the boredom

Skipping, pad work and bag rounds make a full-body cardio and strength session. 90 minutes goes fast when you're hitting things.

Reset after hours of screen time

Leave the Slack notifications in your bag. Punching a pad is the best stress relief after a day of calls.

Come solo, leave with friends

Small group classes with Thais and people from all over the world. New in town? This is an easy way to meet people outside your co-working space.

Train around your calendar

Four classes a day, Monday to Saturday — before work, at lunch, or after your last call. Book the slot that fits, online.

What happens in 90 minutes

Nobody throws you into a fight. Your trainer takes you step by step — tiring, but doable.

FIRST 15 MIN

Warm-up & mobility

Skipping rope, light running and joint mobility so your body is ready and you avoid injuries.

30 MIN

Muay Thai basics — punches, kicks, knees, elbows

Stance and guard first, then jab, kicks and knees. Trainers correct your form one by one.

30 MIN

Pad work & heavy bags

The fun part — hit pads and bags at full power. This is where most of the calories burn.

LAST 15 MIN

Cool-down & group photo

Stretch it out, catch your breath and grab a photo with your new training buddies.

Questions people ask

I've never done Muay Thai. Can I join?
Yes — most of our international students start from zero. Trainers begin with stance and guard and adjust the intensity for each person.
Do I have to spar or fight?
No. Classes focus on technique, pad work and bag work for fitness. There is no forced sparring. If you ever want to train more seriously, just tell your trainer.
I'm not very fit. Is that OK?
Absolutely. Take breaks whenever you need them — trainers scale the rounds to your level. Your fitness improves quickly after a few classes.
What should I bring?
Workout clothes and water. Gloves, hand wraps and a sweat towel are provided free. We have showers and a changing room, so you can go straight back to work.
How does the 390฿ credit work?
Book a drop-in class. Within 7 days of that class, buy Unlimited 1 Month online and enter your drop-in ticket ID (for example YS-260917-AB12C, shown on your ticket email) in the discount code box — the price drops from 4,800฿ to 4,410฿. Use the same email as your drop-in booking. Each drop-in ticket can be used as credit once. The credit works with PromptPay or Pay at Gym (not card checkout). Bought your drop-in at the front desk? Use the ticket ID on your receipt, or ask our staff.
Can women join? What about kids?
Yes to both. Women train in all classes. Kids under 12 have their own class (recommended Wed/Fri 4:30–6:00 PM, 290฿).
How do I get there from Nimman?
We're on Khlong Chonprathan Road beneath Phusuang Place Hotel — about 3 minutes by scooter or Grab, or a 10-minute walk. Free parking at Phusuang Place Hotel or the Prasert Land lot.
When are you open?
Monday–Saturday 9:00–20:00, closed Sunday. Group classes: 9:00–10:30 · 11:00–12:30 · 16:30–18:00 · 18:30–20:00.
